AI Avatars generate presenter videos with a virtual person speaking on camera. Use an official avatar, a personal avatar under My Avatars, or create one from an authorized portrait. Selecting an avatar only attaches it to the current AI draft; it does not start generation.
What do I need before writing the prompt?
- Decide whether to use an official avatar, an existing avatar under My Avatars, or create one from a portrait.
- Prepare the final script or a speech audio file already imported into the project.
- Use the avatar’s saved voice, or attach another supplied or personal voice through + → Voices.
- Decide the aspect ratio, resolution, and background treatment. Obtain permission before using a real person’s likeness or voice.
Prompts you can copy
Use the attached AI Avatar and its default voice to create a 9:16 1080p presenter video. Have the presenter look naturally toward the camera and read the following script clearly and confidently without rewriting it: [paste script]
Have @my-avatar read @final-script with @my-voice and generate a 16:9 1080p video. Preserve the avatar's original background and framing, and do not rewrite the script.
Select and use an avatar
- Switch the AI composer to Agent mode.
- Select + → AI Avatars below the composer.
- Choose an avatar under Featured or My Avatars, or select Browse all avatars for the full library.
- Use the avatar card’s selection action to attach it to the current draft.
- Keep its saved voice, or select + → Voices to attach a different voice.
- Enter the final script, aspect ratio, resolution, and background instructions, then send.
- Review the generation confirmation and its credit estimate, then allow it. The finished video appears as a new asset under My Assets; drag it to the timeline when you want to edit it.
Create your own avatar
- Select + → AI Avatars → Create Avatar.
- Upload a JPG, JPEG, or PNG portrait up to 500 MB. Prefer a clear, front-facing image without captions, watermarks, stickers, or anything covering the face.
- Enter a name. It will appear under My Avatars.
- Confirm that you own the likeness or have permission to create and use the avatar.
- Review the live credit price on the button and select Create. The finished identity appears under My Avatars; creating it does not automatically generate a presenter video.
Likeness permission and voice-cloning permission are separate. Even when the image and voice belong to the same person, confirm both rights in their respective creation flows.
