Deleted voices are removed from saved defaults

Deleting a cloned voice now clears any digital-human default that referenced it, so future generation does not reuse a missing voice.

Avatar cards no longer show duplicate voice controls, and the replacement flow prioritizes voices you own.

Selected canvas items stay interactive

On Desktop, the selected item keeps priority when media overlaps, its handles stay above hover layers, and portions outside the Viewer can still be selected and dragged.
